At the age of 21, a friend introduced me to decorative concrete. Right away I fell in love. I realized the versatility of concrete. I could mold it into virtually anything. It could be colored a multitude of ways. It could be finely honed into a sleek, contemporary look or given an old world feel. The possibilities are endless. With my creative knack and using family patios and driveways as experiments, I decided to launch my business.

I established Deco-Crete in 2002. Since then I have been professionally trained by industry leaders from around the nation in various different applications from stained concrete to metallic epoxy coatings. I have obtained certifications with Elite-Crete Systems and Düraamen products through way of Elite Crete Headquarters, Gary Jones Master Artisan and Bob Harris Master Artisan. To this day, I have designed over one million square feet of decorative concrete and still further the education of my craft by attending various workshops throughout the year.
